ahhh.im sorta fast.im a girl.and im 13.i got 5min 12sec on the 3/4 mile and it was the best from all the girls at school but i was really tired afterward. I get this feeling like im gonna throw up and my throat burns after i run so i was trying to find some techniques that wouldnt wear me out. i dont pump my arms so much so its not that and i dont start sprinting but i do take pretty big strides. i need something that i can do for TOMOROW. i know that i should eat a breakfeast with carbs and get a good sleep but what else will help. PLEASE I AM REALLY INTO RUNNING SO I CARE ALLOT ABOUT WAHT I GET!!!!!!!!!!! im so scareeddd
