RUNNING WITHOUT MILK MAKES MY BONES UNHAPPY?

im running every morning trying to get heathy and stuff so iv only been drinking water noting else and i just recently recovered from some torn ligaments in my ankle now i tried running today but my bones hurt my knees and both ankles ached is it cus i haven't ran in a while cuse of my injury or am i lacking calcium?

  1. have you tried calcium pills ? you can just try drinking milk like a while AFTER you've gone running (maybe 3-4 hours after)

    maybe you should take it easy for a bit , the cold air could also be the reason behind your joint pains (after all it is pretty cold in the morning)
