RUUD Furnace not coming on

Question

Hello experts my ruud achiever 90 plus furnace is not starting. No blinking lights. No blower. I remember that once during the summer a similar problem occurred with my other unit. The problem at that time was a blown fuse. Any suggestions as to what I may check before calling the repairman. Where are the fuses located ? Any help will be appreciated.
