  1. I didnt know Henry had already resigned?? (havent ventured out yet to early) however http://nzherald.co.nz/ the herald does say he will be replaced by christmas.

edit:An exclusive interview with henry at 7pm we may have a scoop will update later......

btw I agree with alot of New Zealanders an unofficial poll taken, apparently 7 in 10 would rather have him stay another 4 years..... I hope he stays.

edit:well no scoop really just what we have heard already, very humble man in defeat and took it on his shoulders to say that the buck stops with him, when asked about wanting to coach ABs to the next cup he said he never thought that far ahead and was focused on the here and now, doesnt know whether he wants to coach, just wants to come home and be with family (away from rugby) for a while to sort out his emotions......... d**n! I hope the NZRU keep him however it does appear evident in the news papers he will be replaced!! (arrrghh the media again) apparently though again unofficially 3 overseas teams are waiting in the wings daaaammmmnn!!!

  2. He's gone already....resigned today

  3. Think Gareth Jenkins has gone to coach the all blacks..are they out yet btw?

I would have henry, johnson and hanson back in a second.. They are all fabulous coaches and  great blokes.

  4. Henry has gone.

Whats the odds on him coming back to Wales to coach?

  5. Graeme Henry is a great coach he has had a successful run with the All Blacks despite their loss in the Quarters.  His contract expires early next year, but since their early exit it may end earlier than expected.

I think we are looking at bringing in Robbie Deans who has coached the successful NZ super 14 rugby team the Canterbury Crusaders...but the Wallabies also have their eyes set on him as well..I dont even know if there are any other options at the moment...I think Gareth Jenkins is looking really good right now as a back up option..lol!  But I do wish Graeme Henry remains as the All Blacks coach for the next World Cup.

  6. Henry has tried too many controversial things (rotation policy, conditioning programme etc) and they have not paid off.

He has also led us to our worst ever world cup performance.

Henry is gone. No matter how good a coach is the simple fact is... if you fail to take the ABs to victory at the RWC you are gone. That is why nobody has coached the ABs for more than 4 years for a long time.
