Rabbit Litter Training. HELP!!

I have a rabbit who is about 1 years old. When I let her out of her cage to run around in my room she always jumps on my bed and goes to the bathroom. She doesn't go to the bathroom anywhere else. She usually goes in her cage unless she goes on my bed. How can I stop her from going on by bed? I NEED HELP!

  1. Is she spayed? If not, it will help - and she'll also be friendlier, healthier, and happier.

Also, you're probably giving her too much freedom at once. Is she using a litterbox reliably in her cage? If not, you can't expect her to be completely potty trained outside it.

This has a lot of good information:

  2. my bunny isn't spayed, she pretty much taught herself to use the litter box. Whenever i take her out i just put her litter box down and show her where it is, and she uses it and doesn't go on floor/bed.

She's a very clean rabbit, that's the only place she goes in her cage, (which makes it easy to clean up after her).

  3. well ur supposed to do this when they are little but, whenever she starts to go, put her in the little box... sooner or later she will get the hang of it... work for my bunny

  4. hey, my rabbit does this too, im confused why, maybe because its soft lol x
