Rabbit eating but not drinking after getting neutered?

I just had my rabbit in this morning to get neutered and hes starting to get back to normal this evening. He almost ate a full bowl of vegetables. Except he doesn't seem to be touching his water at all. Is he getting enough water from the vegetables or should i call the vet tomorrow if it doesn't change?

 I am confused.  We just had our male rabbit neutered 3 days ago and were told to feed him nothing but hay for the next 10 days, to avoid potential diarrhea.  That said, he started eating and drinking that night, but now 3 days later he has stopped drinking (still eating though) seems depressed (lethargic) and is peeing in weird places. His stitches look okay, stomach seems alright, stools look okay... how long can he go without drinking?  vet is not answering phone since it's christmas tomorrow! argh!
