I am worried about my rabbit! I am 13 and I read tons of books about rabbits before I got one, and when I was reading a while ago i read about snuffles and my bunny has a runny nose and i showed m vet that two weeks ago and now when it is runny the fur gets hard after it dries now, please VETS! Tell me if he has snuffles, i am sooooo worried!!!

Yes, it sounds to me like he does, but two weeks ago was he &quot;Snuffling&quot; when you brought him to the vet, or did it just start?

If the vet said it wasn&#039;t snuffles, then don&#039;t worry about it, it might jsut be a common cold. But if you took him in before he caught this, then yes, I would bring him in.

Hi :] i have 1 of the biggest rabbit farms in the USA so i know a little bit about bunnies lol. If your rabbit has snuffles what we generally do is feed them straight alfalfa hay until the rabbit stops with the runny nose. And it will give you a healthy rabbit :] but the alfalfa is messy so do it somewhere that is easy to clean.
