Rabbit with extra ears...?

Question

We have a new friend in our back yard. It is a rabbit which seams perfectly normal except for an extra set of ears (or something). I first thought it was molting (which I don't know if rabbits do). But it has been like this for over a month. I am trying to get a good photo and have attached the best so far.

Any ideas what would cause this?

It looks very fake i think it is just an illusion....

Well, assuming you didn't just doctor a picture.  I would say you are looking at a young (2-3yo)  Jackalope with a non-typical rack.   or possibly a genetic defect that will soon cost him his life as he will be unable to hear predators approaching.

It is very sof;sticated animal and its ears are also very sofsticated and sensitive which hears the voices fastly and from distance.

It looks as if something is stuck to its head. Its unlikely that it has an extra set of ears. I did forward your picture to a vet friend of mine, if you get a better picture please send it as I am curoius.....I have rabbits and have never seen anything like that.
