  1. He is suffering from stasis and it is very dangerous for a rabbit, especially if he hasn't eaten and/or drank in 12 hours or more.  You need to get him to a rabbit savvy vet asap because rabbits need to constantly be eating to keep their GI track moving, a vet can give your bunny fluids and syringe food until he starts eating again.  Some bunnies are more prone to this condition, it happens to one of mine at least once a year.

    Good luck.

  2. You need to take him to the vet.

  3. I had this exact problem before. You really need to take the rabbit to a vet. Rabbits are prey to almost everything so they naturally dont always show when then are sick so they are not targeted. So if they actualy DO show they are sick, they really have it bad. My rabbit died shortly after he stopped eatting and so on before I had time to take him to a vet.

Hope all goes well for you

  4. this is the onset of GI Stasis.  it can be lethal if he is not seen by a vet ASAP!  call an ER vet if it is after hours at your normal office.  if not, it's possible he will not make it thru the night!!!

i hope he recovers.  it sounds as if you need to do some serious reaserch about the proper diet for bunnies.  timothy hay is the most important part of their diet, followed by veggies.  it is true that iceberg lettuce has no nutritional value, but it's a myth that veggies are bad.  veggies keep the bunny hydrated and food moving thru.

    no hay/veggies = GI Stasis

here is a great article which highlights what you should be feeding.  please correct this to avoid any health scares like this in the future!  GOOD LUCK!!!
