Rabbits broken leg?!

Hey i was holding my baby rabbit yesterday and he jumped out of my hand and broke his foot i took him to the vets asap they gave him a X-ray and put a cast on him i collected him this morning and i come back and he has chewed his cast off! all the vets are shut i tried emerg but i cannot get there and they wouldnt come out what do i DO!"

You HAVE to find an emergency vet, his leg bone will begin to heal improperly and he will have trouble hopping

Why didn't they put a collar (one of those things that looks like a satellite, it stops then doing things like that) on your rabbit's head? Thats madness. It'll need re-casting.. Soon as so it doesnt start knitting together wrongly.

And you might want to get a collar to stop it doing that again.

Take him to an emergency vet because if you don't his leg won't heal right.
