Rabbits in Quarantine?

Question

I'm going to Dubai from Scotland but it will be too much for my house rabbit. He would have to stay 6 months in quarantine when we come back. We are considering sending him to my family in France but we don't know how long he'd stay in quarantine once arriving into France and coming back to Scotland.

Any good site? Please help.
