The Prestige Banker Handicap at Lingfield has the bookmakers, trainers and jockeys excited as the event will take place today, 28th March, 2012. The 5 furlong standard race holds a purse of £2,386.
Court Applause, Estonia and Rylee Mooch have been given the best odds and they are expected to deliver exceptional performances. They will be competing against Befortyfour, Ability N Delivery, The Strig, Nine Before Ten, and Billy Red.
The Richard Guest trained four-year-old gelding has been paired with Charles Eddery for the whole season. The gelding’s season has had a lot of ups and down, from extremely disappointing finishes to stunning placed finishes.

The son of Choisir, out of mare Negligee, finished last in the Florence Moore Big Birthday Handicap at Kempton on 26th January, 2012. A disappointing performance which was later redeemed by his victory in the Six Nations Betting With Freebetting.co.uk

Estonia may pose as threat to the other competitors; she looks in good shape ready to land a victory. The daughter of Exceed And Excel, out of mare Global Trend, started her season with a finish in third place in the Thousands Of Sports Experiences At Bluesq.com

Court Applause is entering the race as a favourite with odds of 11 to 4. With these odds, a certain degree of expectation is attached to the runner. The son of Royal Applause, out of mare Forever Blue, finished as a runner-up in the second start of the season.
The four-year-old gelding was beaten by Da’Quonde in the Bet On Winning Distances At Bluesq.com Handicap at Wolverhampton  on 10th February, 2012.
Trained by William Muir, he bagged a victory in the Play Roulette At Bluesq.com Handicap at the same track on 24th February, 2012. Under the guidance of jockey George Baker, he chased the leaders and led all the way to the final furlong, where
he held on finishing in the nick of time, a neck before Silvanus.
In today’s race, he will be paired with Martin Dwyer, whose aim will be to guide the runner towards victory.
The odds are in favour of Court Applause who is expected to triumph however, this will not be an easy run as Estonia and Rylee Mooch are in good form, aiming to claim a placed finish.
