was there ever anyone to train, own and be a jockey for the some racehorse??

If you was taking bets on that I would bet there has been. Probably quite a few in the early era of thoroughbred racing. But I can't name one. I have no knowledge of who they were.

But you two are right I know The Shoe owned lots when he was riding for WITTINGHAM

And BABS WAS his best friend ,,she owned HOLLYWOOD RACE TRACK So what she owned he owned also

For some reason I think there's rules against that.  However, I know that Davey Jones (of Monkees fame) owns and trains his own horses and rides them during training... I don't think he jockeys them though.
