Racehorse pee whistle?

Question

I've heard that they train racehorses to pee on command so they can take drug tests. Does anyone know this whistle/que? It would be v ry helpful, because I have an exracehorse that ALWAYS has to pee before we go in the hunter ring.. he gets lazy then stops in the middle of the class to pee!!! lol I would love to have him pee BEFORE we get in the class, if you know what I mean. Thanks! (He is in my avvie! lol)

Yeah its true i work with race horses if you do a kind of continuous monotone whistle it should work its hard to describe, but some it works quickly with others takes alot longer, but kinda trial and error

basically you whistle when they pee and they eventually connect the two.

Is it like the "brown note" from the South Park episode?
