Racing a CRF150F?

Question

Hi people, okay heres my problem, I want to race dirtbikes, but my dad doesnt want to sell my bike and get a motocross bike, so i was wondering, is there a catagorie that i can race my CRF150F, even if i have to make modifications I will listen to anything. Thanks for the help people who answered

the crf150f isn't a motercross bike the crf150r is and you can race them in the 85 class

You have a CRF125, and you want to race MX?

Your Dad will not sell your bike and get a MX bike.

Is it me or is the CRF not a MX bike already?

A couple of people are confusing your bike with the red mini monster the CRF 150R. You should take your trail bike to a hare scrambles if you have them where you are. You get a lot of good riding for you money. It's a lot of fun and you can be competitive on your 150f. You'll see some MX type of riding and some good hills and technical stuff. You have to be a good rider all around to race scrambles. The raw power dosen't count for as much.

You can race CRF150's in the lites section of race days. They are very popular now and I see more of them than your 125 series. you dont have to manke modifications except in the fact where your muffler is too loud. Hope this helps.
