Racing my friend who do you think will win?

Question

I own a 76 Chevette with a chrome air cleaner and some spinning hub caps, my friend has a 08 350 z, I keep telling him i can win in a race but he says no, I want to run him for titles but I dont want to lose my chevette, should I do it?

dude you haven't told us how big the engines are and are the stock or have stuff on it how are we suppose to know and dont race for titles because its just retarded

First off, the spinning hub caps have nothing to do with speed..

Second off, we need to know the size of you motor.

Is there any aftermarket parts on the chevette? (ie cams, crank, carburetor, airfilter, exhaust??)

If your car was in tip-top condition, with a rebuilt motor, then i MIGHT contimplate on racing for pinks.

Other than that,  a brand new vechile is more than likely going to beat an old one.

ALTHOUGH, I have a 1958 GMC, with rebuilt 350, aftermarket cams, lifters, etc..  brand new 600cfm rejeted carburetor, glass pak exhaust, and much more, that will smoke anything in town.  haha

I'd bet on the 350Z.

If you are going to start racing for titles you need to get a car that people want.
