  1. Get some Nike Mayflys. They're super light and they feel really comfortable when you run. They are made to last 100 kilometers or 65 miles and they cost 45 dollars.

  2. I would look online at saucony or asics. They have good racing flats that don't have spikes in them.

  3. Hello,

Depending on your foot type and how prone you are to injuries, I'd try a shoe like Nike's waffle racers.  Check out the link below to size up your foot-type.  You can also use RRS's Shoe Dog survey that will help you pick the right shoe.  Hope that helps.  Good luck!

  4. I would reccomend you go to a running store and get your foot fitted.  They will look at your foot and determine what type of shoe is best for your foot.  You will run on the treadmill to see if you like them.  Remember if you dont get fitted, you may damage your foot by not getting you foot examined and by not buying the right shoe for your foot.

  5. i would recomend the adidas adizero pr or the mizuno wave universe1 or 2 these shoes are both extremly light weight but kind of expensive but overall they are superior to all the racing flats

  6. Of course there are shoes for what you do! =) They are like running shoes but much lighter. Don't train in them because if you do, you'll most likely get shin splints but running a race you will be fine. Companies that sell good ones are Asics and Saucony...Nike probably has a few too. Here are some good ones:

    Asics GEL-Ohana Racer $90

    Asics GEL- Hyper Speed 2

    Nike Mayfly $45

Nike Zoom Waffle Racer VI $45
