over dinner, relatives talked about racism and said it was legal in USA? i don't live in us btw so i don't know. is it legal?

if its not legal then why are there news about golf clubs not letting people who don't speak english, or even look white join in? I mean how are non-white people supposed to look white? I think the news even recommended the people to do plastic surgery. I think the club was LGPA or something.

  1. Racism in America supposedly ended by the Equal Rights Amendment

and Civil Rights laws of 1964, that ended 200 years of US legalized

    Discrimination.

But the Racist still fight on.

P.S. Lorena Ochoa from Mexico , is the the number one lady golfer in the LPGA, Most of the golfers are not American .

  2. Somebody lied to you dude, your facts are way off. Google LGPA and look it up.  Most of the LGPA isn't even white, makes you look kind of foolish, now doesn't it.

Have a nice day and go back to school, you need it.........badly.

  3. the  Ladies Professional Golf Association  (LPGA) did make understanding english mandatory but that is not racist people who speak french have to learn english and most of them are white. this is leagal under the "right to refuse service to anyone" standard.

  4. Its unreasonable for someone to be have to cater to every language, not to mention that it doesnt make any sense that a business person be forced to learn a language to communicate with someone in a language that is not usually spoken in the US. It is much more logical that the competitor should have to learn english since they are surrounded by 300 million other english speaking people. Should those 300 million people have to learn other languages so as not to inconvenience people who speak other languages?

I live in Florida, and I am learning spanish because I have to deal with spanish speaking people all the time. If I didnt, why the h**l should I be expected to learn it?

  5. If you want to live in country learn the language  ...this has nothing to do with racism.

    example

if you want to immigrate to German you have to proof your language skills .

If you can not speak German , you can not become a  permanent resident.

The US-Immigration don't require that from the immgrants (but to be honest -they should).

Also, how do you think the other golf club members feel if half of the club speaks a language they don't understand .

In the end it is club and the people are there to mingle, to play golf , to talk etc.

The USA is not a racist country - I saw more racism in Germany and in the UK.

  6. racism is legal in all countries, its just that you're not really allowed to express it out.

And its illegal to deny service in a public service like health, etc but it isn't illegal to deny service on a private company/organisation like a club.

  7. Most racism in the U.S. these days comes from illegal hispanics and is directed towards non hispanics, especially whites. Contrary to popular belief, it is white people who are dealing with anti white racism in this country.

  8. racism is legal in all countries, including the one you live in.
