Racquetball Serves?

I have a question about the rules of a serve in racquetball. When you serve can you throw the ball up and spin it and the hit it after the first bounce, or do you just have to bounce it without spinning it and then hit it. Also can you throw up the ball and take like 2-3 steps before hitting the ball while serving, I thought you had to be set then bounce once and then take a setp. My friend believe that you can throw it up spin it while throwing it up and then take like 3 or 4 step then hit it. Please help me with this rule on serving.

  1. Here are the serving rules I found:

Order - The player or side winning the toss becomes the first server and starts the first game, and the third game, if any.

Place - The server may serve from any place in the service zone. Stepping on the line (but not beyond it) is permitted. Server must remain in the service zone until the serviced ball passes the short line. Violations are called "foot faults".

Manner - A serve begins as the ball leaves the server's hand. The ball must bounce to the floor in the service zone and on the first bounce be struck by the server's racquet so that it hits the front wall first and on the rebound hits the floor back of the short line, either with or without touching one of the side walls.

the way i take it is that you just have to stay in the serving zone, it says nothing about keeping your feet set. so if you are able to take a step while in the serving zone, go for it. it also does not say anything about spinning the ball, so i guess that's legal too.
