That would be the insomniac museum. Which includes pictures, comics, concept artwork, etc. You can get in there by getting all the trophies in the game.

I've heard if you set your ps2s clock to 3 a.m. and enter the trophy room between 3-3:59am you can get in the insomniac museum without getting all of the trophies.
