Okay I'm going back and forth on the Cobra XRS9330 12 Band and Whistler PRO-78 and seen some other cobra's as well and im still not sure which one to get? so please need input on which will get me less ticket

They are essentially the same. Flip a coin and pick one. But if you can spend a little more, I suggest investing in a Beltronics or Escort radar detector.

If you are concerned about police laser, your only option is a laser jammer. Most radar detectors will alert to police laser, but then you only have .2 seconds (2 tenths of a second) to adjust your speed. A laser jammer jams the speed reading on the laser gun, allowing you time to check your speed and turn off the jammer. Like radar detectors, laser jammers are LEGAL in nearly every state.
