Radar speeding ticket in MD and wrong driver

I received a (radar) speeding violation (46 in a 35 limited road) at my name (as I am the registred owner of the car) but in fact I wasn't driving the car and wasn't even in the car. Is it possible to get this violation of my record ? (The real driver is OK to take the blame.)

Yes, go to court and bring the other driver with you.  Should not be a problem.

You are responsible for your vehicle. You can go to court and identify the driver. The judge can then re-issue the summons in his name.
