Radialpoint Security Services and computer shutdown?

My computer shut down suddenly and rebooted itself. When it came back on, the error message said that the shutdown was caused my radialpoint. I don't have this installed on my computer. In fact, I checked my add/remove programs to remove radialpoint and it wasn't on the list. Any suggestions? And should I do something to prevent my computer from rebooting on its own again?

That happened to me once and never happened again. So i wouldn't really worry about it. But if it does happen again call a computer technician or see if you can fix it yourself by using google. Hope that helps.

never heard of this problem --did u check google---that is always the 1st place i go
