Radiation exposure on a plane - window vs aisle seats?

How much more cosmic radiation does one get exposed to by sitting next to a window instead of an aisle on a plane?

Yeah, it depends if the window shade is up or down, and if its night time....so during the day, keep your shade down, and at night you might as well keep your shade down too cuz you cant see anything anywayz...
