  1. Micro wave, the mobile doesn't put out radiation, magnetic field there,


  2. i'd say that radiation from a microwave would be worse, because 5 minutes in a microwave cooks food totally, while 5 minutes on a cell phone doesn't do jack ****, except wear your battery out, and cost you a small fortune.
