I have an insulin pump that runs on a long lasting lithium AA battery. I also have a beam that sends information from my pump to my glucose meter. The company says there are no issues with radiation. However, being that the thing is next to my ovaries I don't want to end up having a kid that has three heads or anything!!!!!!!

  1. batteries=no radiation

information transfer=very very negligible compared to TVs, computers, cell phones

PS if you have a kid with 3 heads u will have a complete family for the 'price of one'---and think of the 'money' u could make on TV appearances etc
