Radiator coolant flush in 95 buick lesabre?

is there an easy way to drain all the coolant in a 95 buick lesabre? as well i have bought prestone radiator flush.would that be ok to use (i've read instructions).and i also purchased motomaster longlife antifreeze would that be ok to put in i believe the recomended is dexcool. and 1 more thing what is the benefits of changing your coolant

  1. i do not remember the date for the dex cool start date, but given the recent legal problems that gm has had because of it, you may want to refrain from changing to it. you should be able to locate a drain valve on the bottom of the radiator on one of the tanks. the coolant should be changed every 30,000 miles with  the standard anti freeze and ever 100,000 to 120,000 miles with the dex cool. this is based on  GM's recommendations over the years. i worked in a lube shop for 14 years and i had to know this sort of stuff.
