Radio Stations on IPod?

Question

I downloaded some radio stations and they're on iTunes. Am i able to listen to them on my iPod Video? If so, show me how because i don't see the word Radio on my iPod. I already checked the word Radio on my Music Menu Settings, but i don't see it.

The iPod cannot play radio stations, not even the ones on iTunes.  There is an attachment you can buy that will let your iPod play FM radio, but not the iTunes stations.
