Hey, Guys,
it's Bernd here.
I just picked up a Philips Car Stereo Radio Cassette Player with a 10 CD stacker unit.
I purchased it from a lady up the road with whom I worked, years ago.
She had bought it some time earlier from an older couple who had taken it out of thier car before selling that car to buy a newer model.
They found that the new car already had a sound system in it so they no longer needed this unit.
So now, we have it and the handbook for the Philips.
In the handbook it mentions (on page 5) that a security card with an identification number was originally supplied with the unit, BUT THEY FORGOT TO GIVE THE SECURITY CARD TO OUR FRIEND UP THE ROAD.
Can anyone please help us with both a security code AND the unlock sequence / instructions?
On the head unit (Radio Cassette Player) the numbers are:-
PHILIPS
22RC569/00
MADE IN HUNGARY
BS01 98 40 9005562
Model no: 22RC569/00
PROD NO: BSO198409005562
On the side near the Aerial socket it has
902231569009
22RCS569 / 00
M/ch:004525
and on the rear of the unit,
IDENTIFICATION:

On the front of the Stacker Unit it has:

10 DISC CHANGER RC 033
1 BIT D/A CONVERSION
and on the rear of the Stacker Unit
PHILIPS

then to the right of these numbers it has
Serial no:

with various Patents and
