Radio personality requirements ???

Question

Are there any special requirements that an average joe might need to work at/on a radio station? I am looking for jobs that appeal to me and one of them is a radio personality. I know I would at least need a good voice and I think mine is ok but is there anything else I would need?

have a personaility. you need to be a very outgoing friendly person that can talk to anyone and that can talk about anything. you just need to have an outstanding personaility, as for a requirement thats the best one to have to be a desirable employee

Good Voice, Knowledge of music and a high school diploma will probably give you a good chance.
