Radio shack blows?

I have worked for Radio shack for a number of years, employees make $7.15 an hour and work on commision. We make more money if we sell a replacment plan whitch is just as good as throwing your money in the trash, but were paid to push them and talk people into not leaving the store with out one. Most of the products can be bought cheaper at bestbuy or walmart and I offten tell customers that. Radio Shack sells a hearing aid battery for $14.00 but the company pays just .18 cents for them. If you go into shop dont let them steer you away from gigaware cuz its cheap, gigaware is made panasonic they just dont put there name on it so you can buy it cheaper.This is more of a beware then an ?. I just dont want to see people get screwed when shoping.If you can shop around dont pay more than you have to for product.

I agree with you that radioshack blows.  I used to be an employee there a long time ago too.  Most people should just steer clear of radioshack.  I can't even think of a reason to go there anymore.

One thing on the batteries and etc.  All companies have a major mark up on batteries and cables and other small items so telling them to go elsewhere just means that best buy or whoever gets the mark up.  So unless there was a sale you really didn't help them do anything except run around town a little longer.
