Radio station question

i was listening to the radio and they have like lots of soundboards in the background...do they make them..like a shotgun sound dora sound ....how can i make some

  1. Good answer by Joe (he should hold on to that set, might be worth something one day).

    There are websites that offer some basic frree SFX (radio code for sound effects), but also a couple that offer better ones for very little money if you have a credit card. just use your favorite search engine for "sound effects" or "free sound effects."

  2. well....a couple thousand $$ can get you all the sounds library you need..that's what they do. Many outlets sell them...or you can start recording your own(and in about l0 yrs.at 8hrs.a day you 'might' have a decent library..best to buy the CD libraries of sound effects. Goodle it! and start shopping for what you need. *if I knew how to get hold of you I'd even let you have a spare sfx library I kept from my old days in radio..on vinyl...but untouched by a needle.good luck
