Radio station(REASKED DUE TO LACK OF ANSWERS)?

Question

What makes this so hard to do is the fact i have dial up. All the websites i had in my mind for having my online station said DSL was required and they did mean it because i tried. I own a USB Microphone,have dj program and can put together a good mix,got a live personality. So what website can i go to to create a online radio station,i need at least 5 listeners,i would be happy just to get 5 listeners on the first night. I really want one after hearing Mark Ronson's radio show. I was going to join over at East Village radio they had a slot for me,but i only have dial up. Help me out here. Not to mention i'm a singer rapper & producer,so i could really benefit from dropping my songs every so & so. Plus i play guitar so i could play one song on the guitar and some other cool stuff. Man people dont get it,i cant afford DSL,nearly dial up right now,their on my behind about tHe bill. Help me out here,sheesh

Instead of a station, how about trying to do a regular podcast? It won't matter that your connection is slow because once you upload the MP3 to whatever server hosts it, it's THEIR connection people will use to download it not yours.

most colleges have dsl or cable, it would be worth your time to do a prerecorded show and have the radio station broadcast it.

if it takes it shouldn't be long until you can afford dsl.

I also am a songwriter, play guitar and am currently putting a cd together for sale.
