Radio won't turn on.

Question

I worked on my truck and had a alternater fuse blow. The truck wouldn't run at all. Then when I fixed the fuse and started the truck back up the radio wouldn't work at all. There is a sticker on the window that says if radio is disconnected it will be disabled. I bought this truck with radio alreday in it. The only thing the radio will do is run a message across the screen that says call 800 7790 1099. I tried that, trust me, this number doesn't fix radios. Can someone give me some suggestions to try. Thanks for all your help.
