Describe three kinds of radiation emitted by radioactive materials. Describe what evetually happens to each kind of radiation after it is emitted.

  1. Alpha- Emission of 2 protons and 2 neutrons (Largest emission of all three)

    Beta- Emission of a positron (basically a positive participle with the mass of an electron)

    Gamma- Emission in the form of rays.
