Rado watch stopped working

Question

Hi,

I have a Rado watch which no longer works, the watch is approx 4 years old. I have had the battery changed twice in a 2 week period. Could it be that it is just a problem with the battery or does it sound more sinister? I have been back to a jewelers and they have advised that it would be £95+ just to send it off for a service any problems would cost more.
