Radovan Karadzic - guilty or not guilty?

He is due to appear in the Hague to enter a plea. Is his eventual conviction a foregone conclusion?

  7. I was serving in the former yugoslavia with the army. I saw much of his butchers handy work. He has blood on his hands and killed, raped children from the age of 3 yrs old.

  8. The evidence is overwhelming he gave the orders and thousands are dead because of them . This was not one isolated incident but was going on for months and months , Karadzic did nothing to stop the slaughter and indeed encouraged it in his speeches . Guilty as sin he is and should face the harshest of punishments for his crimes.
