Rafa Benitez has Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez on his radar
Rafa Benitez has been keeping himself busy since appointed the new manager of UEFA Champions League winners Inter Milan.
The former Liverpool boss has been circling a number of key players to bring to the San Siro to strengthen the squad but its Carlos Tevez who’s been reported to be his number one target.
The Spaniard has always been an admirer of the Argentine striker and wanted to lure him from Old Trafford to Anfield last summer, but was beaten by Manchester City.
Since joining City for £25.5m, Tevez has made 35 appearances in which his scored 23 goals.
City missed out on a UEFA Champions League place this season to Tottenham Hotspur and the fact that Milan can offer him Champions League football will be very tempting.
Oil Magnate Massimo Moratti, the owner of Milan will be supporting Benitez in trying again, if a good offer is on the plate, you may very well see the 26-year-old at the San Siro next season.
