Rafa Nadal's biceps........?

Need help to settlle bet with bf

Anybody any idea of Rafa's bicep measurement; my bf says they're really not that big just well defined + the tan helps......??

he works out a lot at the gym and that's why they're larger than those of most tennis players. It also has something to do with his physique(he's not the tall gangly type but stocky).

I agree with your bf;they aren't THAT big! Just compared to tennis players's biceps but certainly not to some others.

Well he's wrong about two things.

The tan doesn't help it hurts. Tans make skin look smaller not larger. Check out people on the beach pale skin makes em look bigger and tan skin makes em look thinner. Of course you would have to find two people with identical measurements to prove this.

And Rafa's left bicep/tricep is big...bigger than most guys. His right is small or average since he doesn't hit with it. Borg had a huge hitting arm too back in the day.

Roger looks puny compared to Rafa but at least he is bigger than Novak. But since Fed and Rafa are so well toned it makes them look smaller since they aren't sporting the body fat most of us do. And as for Rafa he has been asked about working out and he says he doesn't do weights....yeah right. Well maybe it is all just from swinging racquets. Otherwise I would suspect steroid use but I really doubt that he would.

EDIT: Gabreila , nadal is fairly tall standing at 1.85m the same height as Roger Federer , stocky would be the last word to describe him

I think your b/f is jealous, Rafa's physique is certainly impressive, he is quoted as saying that he wears flimsy T shirts to show off his biceps.

If you've got it, flaunt it I say, good luck to the guy.
