Manchester United’s Rafael Da Silva has admitted that he is quite happy to play alongside with http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Antonio-Valencia-c6345 and believes that he has formed a decent partnership with the winger.
Over the course of the last couple of weeks, both Rafael and Valencia have been deployed on the same side of the pitch and the performances that they have been putting in are rather exceptional.
However, Rafael believes that the only reason that he plays half as good as he does, is because of the fact that he knows http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Valencia-c40863 will be present at hand to offer him any support, which he might need.
The young full back is quoted to have said: "To be honest, I think it's well recognised by everybody that Antonio has been one of my best friends at the club"
"That's not to disrespect anyone, but I think we've created a very good understanding on the pitch.”
"I can feel what he wants to do and vice-versa, and that's probably the reason why we have so much understanding on the pitch.
He then went on to admit that just knowing Valencia was playing left him feeling relaxed and created a sense of security in his mind, as he knew that United would do well and that his flank would be well protected.
"It's easy to work with him and, when I see him on the pitch, it leaves me more relaxed due to the understanding we have on the field."
Valencia went on to miss out on a good chunk of the current Premier League season due to an injury.
However, ever since he returned to the side, he has helped the team claim the top spot in the league, by putting in some brilliant performances and scoring some very crucial goals along the way.
So far, United’s manager, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Alex-c4752 Ferguson has claimed that the winger is one of the most crucial members of the Red Devils side, in their attempt to win the league title for the twentieth time.
Nonetheless, it is now up to Valencia and the rest of the United squad to pull it together and go on and maintain their lead at the top of the Premier League table.
