Ragarding H1B transfer ?

Hi have one H1B work permit approval from company A . But i have not got it stamped yet . I have got an opportunity from another company B . Now can this work permit approval be transferred to the new company and can i get it stamped there in company B ?

Short answer no, your H1 is valid for Company A, they are the ones who have sponsored you. If you want to work for Company B then they need to start the whole process again.
