I have an open rail ticket that was issued by a rail warrant, it is not due to start until 250808 and expires 240908. I don't have the warrant but the orange standard looking ticket, can i get a refund on the ticket or exchange it?

  1. No you can't.  Any refund will be made back to the account of whoever issued the warrant.

  2. Sorry but once a ticket has been issued on a warrant you can not change it, you can get a refund by taking the ticket back to the issuing station, (no other station will be able to do this) they will then send the refund forms to Warrant Services who will credit the issuing company back the funds, you will of course need to obtain a new warrant from the company concerned to get a new ticket.

    Sorry, but good luck.
