Railway minister delivering his budget speech no raise in ticket fares in this budget, do you believe?

Though, the Railway minister has not risen the ticket fares for the the past three years, he made the ordinary express trains as superfast trains thereby Rs.10 and for the return tickets another Rs.10 was indirectly imposed on the passengers but this raise was not reflected in the budgets but passengers are compelled to pay these charges , but do you know that these charges are more than the raise in ticket prices when taken in percentage?
