Can someone please find or tell me that how much exactly did it rain in Toronto on 20th July, 2008? Thank you!!!

and if it's possible, can someone please tell me that what is the maximum number of millimeters it has rained in Islamabad, Pakistan (ever)? Thank you!

Toronto, 20 July 2008:  51.2 mm, or just over 2 inches.

In a bit of searching, I can't quickly find record data for Pakistan, only averages.  But, do you mean the most rain for a given calendar day, a 24-hour period, a month, etc.?

I do see that the AVERAGE wettest month is September, with 3.9 inches.
