Rainbow Rice Dessert Emergency!!?

Question

I want to make this dessert for a party

its looks like regular rice, only coloured, and it tastes sweet.

someone said it had condensed milk in it...

i looked up some recipes, but they all had onion, and peppers etc, but it wasn't spicy at all. Does anyone know the recipe? I posted a picture of it, sorry its so small Thank you!!

It might be like an ambrosia salad. You probably cook the rice in the condensed milk & when it's done and cool, you add whipped topping, sour cream (I think) and pineapple...hope you find it-it looks interesting

It's probably rice pudding made with colored rice.
