I found this recipe on the side of a kroger brand raisin bran cereal box but i didnt write it down. I know it started out with soaking the cereal in egg and orange juice mixture. Then it uses regular ingredients like flour, baking powder, and brown sugar. Does anyone know that recipe or a recipe like it?

Heat oven to 400. In a medium bowl, beat egg, orange juice & vege oil together. STir in cereal, dates; let stand 5 minutes. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; stir in cereal mixture just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon into a greased or paper-lined 12 cup muffin pan, filling cups 2/3 full. Bake for 15 min or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool slightly b4 removing from muffin pan.
