He, however, was satisfied with the quality of game his side showed in the comprehensive 8-wicket win over the Kerala-based franchise.
“We had to play four matches in seven days and that in far corners,” said Warne while talking to the post-match media conference. “We also played pretty disappointing cricket but I am happy with the way the boys have come and responded.”

Warne said that after three dismal defeats they sat together to find out the reasons behind successive losses and planned for the game against Kochi. He also hailed trainer Jeremy Snape for his training sessions with the team that helped
them make a comprehensive comeback in the tournament.
Warne conceded that they were hurt by the defeats but added that he is now happy as the team responded well with intensity.
