shitala  mata pooja . this is celebrated on 5,6,7,8th day after holi.as this year holi is coming on 21st it will be celebrated between 26th to 30th.on any of this two days they prepare their food preivous day and take that only on that two days as they wont burn their chula or gas on that two days it called in hindi thanda khana. they perform pooja on that day for shitala mata and then take their food which was prepared the day before . on that both days they wont take anyhot items like tea coffee and milk also.
