Ralph Beckett wins his appeal for Larkham failed drug test. Ralph was fined £4,000 when Larkham failed a drug test right after his win at Newbury part on Aug 15, 2009.
I guess the lawyers for trainer done well and got the appeal board to reduce the fine to 2,250, got beckett's deposit back and also won costs of 2,500. i guess these were not legal aid lawyers.
