According to some of our muslim siblings in Islam, Buddha was also a Prophet! Allahuakbar!

It's just that the scriptures were changed says our fellow muslims. (Just like Biblical and Jewish Scriptures)

Buddha was a muslim too, afterall someone went through all the trouble to change Allah's message to Lord Gautama Buddha, into many of these these Buddhist terms used in Buddhism. Astagfirullah!

So deep down were all Muslim Buddhists too. Alhamdullilah.

Muslims like Zakir Naik are calling him a prophet sent by allah.

Buddhists call him a man that advised against worshipping any god.

Buddha was a holy prophet of God who appeared in his own times for the spiritual rejuvenation of the people to whom he was sent. Buddha appeared in India about six hundred years before Jesus.  Of course, teachings are misinterpreted over the years as man has flaws.  Buddha perhaps spoke about a life after death and he meant heaven but his later followers took it to mean a reincarnation idea.
